Clinical Precision Grounded in Community Compassion

Founded by Sabrina Wilkins, B.S. in Biology from Radford University, NHA Certified Phlebotomist, and American Red Cross BLS healthcare professional. Raised in Warren County (Skyline High School Governor’s Diploma) and actively engaged in the Page County community, Sabrina unites rigorous biomedical training with a genuine passion for patient well-being.

Her background encompasses hands-on hospital pharmacy operations and clinical workflow support at Carilion Clinic New River Valley Medical Center in Christiansburg, Virginia. There, she developed a deep command of pharmaceutical inventory protocols, patient confidentiality, and leading Electronic Health Record platforms including EPIC and Oracle Health.

As Co-Manager at Appalachian Trail Outfitters in Luray, Sabrina also earned a reputation for customer service excellence, rapid problem-solving, and dependable community leadership.

Valley Mobile Phlebotomy was created to eliminate the anxiety and physical strain of clinic travel for local residents—delivering gentle, respectful, and strictly compliant laboratory specimen collections right at their kitchen table or bedside.

Committed to Clinical Integrity (< 1.5% Hemolysis Rate): Strict pre-analytical protocols, order of draw discipline, and mobile centrifugation ensure pristine specimen viability delivered directly to Page and Warren Memorial Hospital laboratories.
